What will you do:
As a member of our Delegate Services team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding first impression for event attendees, starting with their initial point of contact. Your primary focus will be ensuring a seamless and efficient registration process that meets the specific needs of our clients.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while managing multiple projects at once. You’ll oversee all aspects of event registration, from creating personalized event websites and registration forms to handling communications and managing data, ensuring every detail is handled with precision.

Ideally you also have:
– Proven experience in event management (3+ years preferred)
– A business degree or related qualification
– Cvent hands on registration and reporting experience is a plus.
