Delegate Services Manager
Red Robin Events is a team of corporate event experts, delivering the logistics and travel for corporate events. With teams based in Europe, USA and Singapore, and a client base predominantly from the worlds of global tech and financial services, we successfully deliver for our clients across the world.
At Red Robin Events we care deeply about the delegate experience. Our role is to support the attendee journey from the very beginning and throughout that attendees entire experience. The Delegate Services team manages the invitation process, builds personalized event websites and responds to queries about the upcoming event, all in an efficient, professional and engaging positive manner.
What you will do:
For the attendee, the event experience starts from the very first communication. First impressions and how we communicate with the attendees are so important. You will work as part of our experienced Delegate Services team and work closely with our Operations and Travel teams to deliver a successful registration experience for all attendees, according to the clients’ needs. This will include but is not limited to assisting the Delegate Services team lead in managing the delegate journey and including creating event websites, registration forms, daily reporting, managing communications and event mailboxes.
Our Singapore office is a start up and we are currently looking to expand.
You’re good at:
– Communicating, both written and verbally
– Managing multiple projects and time. Able to work using own initiative
– Working calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Working in a team
– Staying positive and having a sunny disposition, and the ability to crack a joke is always welcome! Particularly when under pressure!
You will have at least three years of relevant experience.
– Being multilingual.
– Tertiary qualification
– Experience with registration platforms
