Account Manager, USA

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll take briefs, translate them into clear plans for the team, and oversee delivery from start to finish. This role is about balancing hands-on project management with building strong client relationships—you’ll not only ensure the details are right but also anticipate needs and keep clients confident that their events are in safe hands.

You’ll guide Account Executives and collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors. You’ll also manage budgets and supplier relationships, and travel to events to represent the agency on-site.
